Our First Meeting

This call will provide me with an opportunity to learn about your vision and event details.

Communication

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for all forms of communication to be responded to.

Final Design

All florals and custom builds provided in the proposal are finalized four weeks before your event date and cannot be changed after that. All other decor elements can be adjusted up to two weeks before your event date.

Final Invoice & Payment

Your final invoice will be submitted to you two weeks prior to your event. Final payment must be received 72 hours before your event date.

Please note that suppliers will not prep without full payment 48 hours in advance.

Event Teardown

Please inform us if your event will go beyond the standard 1:00am end time so that we may plan accordingly. 

Silk florals are rentals and cannot be taken home. If removed, the supplier will charge you directly. The supplier will charge all damaged items directly and require a credit card for incidentals. Communication will be shared prior to any charges being made.

Contract & Deposit

The signed contract and deposit confirms your booking with me and initiates the start of the design process. The non-refundable deposit amount is $1000 and will be applied to the final event invoice.

Mood-Board

I will design a visual proposal that will include your floral inspiration and decor elements available for your date. All design proposals are created within the budget range provided.

Initial Estimate

Your initial estimate will have a detailed breakdown for each decor element, and a call will be scheduled to discuss. Once approved, a 50% deposit payment will be required.

Event Setup

Standard || A minimum of 5 hours is required for a standard setup. The required setup time and load-in schedule will be communicated to you and your planner at your final meeting 4 weeks prior to your event date, and I ask that you please share the information with the venue.

Corporate || If a walk-through is required prior to the event, this will need to be scheduled 2-3 hours before the start time. Important to note; the event will not be fully set up, however this does allow for last-minute feedback and adjustments from the different departments within your corporation.

Photos & Videos

Weddings & Social Events - Should you wish to do a first look session within your space, please let me know in advance. The standard time for a design installation to be completed is 30 minutes prior to the event start time. First look sessions will require the event set up to be completed earlier.
